Fees on Sole Agency basis are calculated at a rate of 1.2% inclusive of VAT (1% plus VAT) on the final selling price.
Fees on Multi Agency basis are calculated at a rate of 2.4% inclusive of VAT (2% plus VAT) on the final selling price - if a multiple agent is selected, the fee will be due to the successful agent.
All fees are inclusive of VAT at 20%, or the prevailing rate at time of exchange of contracts.
Fees will only be payable upon David Luchfield introducing a purchaser directly or indirectly who enters into an unconditional exchange of contracts.
